As an Athlete, sometimes we tend to be our own worst enemy and we need help with accountability to help us address imbalances and nagging injuries that seem to just keep getting progressively worse as we continue to train. When I met Jason, I was attracted to his focus on mobility and movement. I had a desire to address weak links, injuries, and imbalances in order to feel better. I had instability in my ankles, knees, hips, and shoulders.
